Two full bathrooms with tub/shower combo, vanity/sink, mirror/medicine cabinet combo. Fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, custom maple cabinets, stainless look appliances, and a large breakfast bar with 3 stools. The main living space includes a dining area with pub height table that seats 4, living room with large comfy slipcovered sofa and love seat, flat panel 55 inch wall mounted smart TV, coffee table. Laundry closet with full-size washer and dryer (side-by-side) is located in the hallway between the 2 bedrooms. Laminate flooring and area rugs throughout. Patio doors off the dining area open to the private, covered deck w/ ceiling fan, chairs. side tables and Propane BBQ Grill.
