"My wife Diane and I stayed last November, 2009, (our first visit) in the 2br 2ba condo Sunset Villa. We liked everything about it. The warm welcome - Brian and Rox are just great, laid back, friendly, helpful. The comfortable accommodations - everything you need is there. A pleasant few-minutes walk to the beach. And it's just far enough off the main street that it is very quiet. We rode all around and across the bridge on the bikes that are furnished - for free! We will definitely stay again at Sunset Villa".

English Translation from French... "We spent a month in Indian Rocks Beach in the Cozy Cottage. We greatly enjoyed our stay. The cottage is well equipped and very well located, only minutes walk to get to the beach. We went there everyday. We brought our bikes and rode them every day, mainly on the Pinellas Bike Trail. This trail is very nice, paved and takes place over 49 miles through cities and wilderness areas. We traveled along its entire length and particularly enjoyed the section between Honeymoon Island and Tarpon Springs, very nice. We also rode the trail to St. Petersburg and really enjoyed the St.Petersburg Pier . But the most important point is the quality of reception. The owners, Brian and Rox were friendly and concerned about our comfort and well-being during our stay. Always ready to render service and to inform us, really strong point of Indian Rocks Rentals! They provided us a great service when we had mechanical problems with our car. For this we are very grateful. In short, they are great! "Nous avons passé un mois à Indian Rocks dans le Cozy Cottage. Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour. L'appartement est bien équipé et très bien situé, seulement quelques minutes de marche pour se rendre à la plage. Nous y sommes allés tous les jours. Nous avions apporté nos vélos et les avons utilisés tous les jours, principalement sur la Pinellas Bike Trail. Cette piste est très agréable, pavée et elle se déroule sur 49 milles à travers des villes et des endroits plus sauvages. Nous l'avons parcourue sur toute sa longueur et particulièrement le tronçon entre Honeymoon Island et Tarpon Springs, très agréable. De même la possibilité de nous rendre à St.Petersburg jusqu'au Pier nous a enchantés. Mais le point le plus important est la qualité de l'accueil reçu. Brian et Rox les propriétaires se sont révélés des propriétaires affables et soucieux de notre confort et bien-être. Toujours prêts à nous rendre service et à nous renseigner, vraiment le point fort de Indian Rocks rentals!!! Ils nous ont rendu un fier service lorsque nous avons eu des problèmes mécaniques avec notre voiture. Nous leur en sommes très reconnaissants. En un mot ils sont formidables!!! We had a wonderful time in IRB . The villa we stayed in was perfect . I don't think there is anything you need to do to improve on it.The water toys where enjoyed by the kids and that was wonderful. We will definitely be back. The villa is perfectly located to where we want to be and it is so comfortable and just like home."

"We loved the entire experience! Indian Rocks Beach is the perfect destination to just get away...we went to a lot of different beaches up and down the coast from Clearwater to St. Pete, and Indian Rocks Beach was our absolute favorite! Beautiful sand, warm, clear ocean, and gorgeous sunsets. I also loved the little eateries within IRB, all within walking distance! We tried a lot of the local quisine, and loved it. Some of the places we stopped in were Guppy's, Cuso's, the Thai resturant, PJs, Pinky's Ice Cream (the best in IRB), TJ's, Keegan's, and a bunch more. Also, using the PSTA trolley was a great option for us, so there was no need to rent a car. I would highly recommend staying in Indian Rocks Beach. It was an absolute pleasure!"

"We spent a month with Brian and Rox when we rented their condo in Indian Rocks Beach. The condo is lovely, looks exactly like the pictures on their website so we had no unpleasant surprises. It was very clean and neat and had everything we needed. The sunsets on the beach were breathtaking and the food at the wide selection of restaurants close by was absolutely fantastic. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying there to our family and friends. Brian & Rox were great hosts!"

"Dear Brian and Rox,
We just wanted to thank you for the wonderful week. Your cottage was the perfect place to come on our honeymoon. We looked at all sorts of options for our stay in Florida from condos to hotels, and we are so glad we found your rental. For others looking at staying here, its location is perfect. It took us about three minutes to walk from the house to having our feet in the water. At first when we were looking for a place to stay, we wanted something right on the beach, but this is actually better. We were away from the noise of the main street and other tourists, and felt like we had a more quiet and relaxing getaway because of it, yet still felt like we were right on the beach.
Everything about the rental was even better than we expected. It was very clean, new, and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay from laundry soap to beach towels, chairs, and coolers. The cottage is also in a great neighborhood with friendly neighbors, and it's nice to be so close to the inter-coastal waterway as well so we could see dolphins and different varieties of birds.
Brian and Rox, you were awesome hosts! We felt so comfortable and welcome here. You were so helpful and we appreciate everything you did for us to make this such a wonderful and memorable vacation. We definitely recommend this to anyone looking for perfect accomodations for a great vacation!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. A quiet setting, conveniently located, in short, a perfect get away! The accommodations are very nice inside and out. The kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was clean and well arranged. Our maintenance issue (the shower) was promptly dealt with. Frankly I didn't think it would be fixed without tearing a wall or two apart! We were so pleased to find it running at full capacity after a day of walking the beach and visiting a nearby nature preserve."

Beach rentals are rapidly changing on the Gulf coast of Florida. Many of the small, affordable, family and senior friendly, mom & pop motels have been razed and replaced by large, privately owned million dollar condominiums. It is becoming very difficult to find vacation rentals that are affordable on a more modest budget or fixed income.
After searching for rentals and comparing rates, many people call and ask us why our rentals are so "cheap"... they want to know why our rates are so much less than other comparable rentals in our area? Here is why...
We are able to keep our rental rates to a minimum because we have cut costs in the following areas:
1. We do not accept credit cards
2. We advertise very little and rely primarily on referrals
3. We are on-site and maintain the property ourselves (we do not pay a management company).
