With the exception of Grandma's Bungalow and Private Paradise (pool home), our rentals are all family owned and cared for (Grandma's and Paradise are owned by our neighbors but we maintain the homes for them).
All of our vacation rental homes have recently been renovated and redecorated. You can choose from 1 - 3b/2b pool home, 1 - 3b/3b waterfront home, 3 different 2b/2b vacation homes (1 with Gulf views) and 2 different 1b/1b vacation homes... or you can rent them all and bring the whole family (sleep as many as 34).

Reserve Your Dates Now... We have some of the most reasonable rental rates on the Pinellas, Gulf beach barrier islands. Contact us now to reserve your dates and lock-in your rate, our calendars book-up quickly. All rates are subject to change without notice so please email or call to confirm. Snowbird guests... please note that our high-season in Indian Rocks Beach is December through April each year. These months generally book-up at least six months in advance. If you are planning on visiting IRB during this time, you will want to reserve your dates as early as possible, in order to get the best rental rate available (this is generally the case for most beach rental homes in IRB, not just ours). |
