All of the homeowners have guest books available for their visitors to write in, and these are the comments that visitors have shared with them over the years. Please keep in mind that not all guests choose to write a review; this is why some homes may have more reviews than others (or there are large gaps between review dates). In addition, many guests return year-after-year and don't write a new review each time they visit.
September 6, 2020 - Rox & Brian, Although our stay was not for vacation, we made the most of it for 2 months June - September, while our house was being rennovated. You all were very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay here. Considering our circumstances it was so nice to have this place as our temporary home. All the best to you! 2014 - 2016- "What can I say other than we fell in love with SunRise/SunSet Villas and Indian Rocks Beach. We have been staying with Rox & Brian now for the past two years, not only is the area quiet and beautiful but our rentals are just as beautiful as the area! Our first year we stayed in SunSet Villa (two bedroom) for 4 months, it was amazingly clean and fully stocked with every appliance, dish or glass you would ever need to make your gourmet meals in the very spacious kitchen (or grill on the deck). The master bedroom with a very comfortable king bed & full bath was completely stocked with more linens then we could possibly ever use! The guest bedroom (queen) was great for our visiting guests. It was great having a washer and dryer right in the unit along with free wifi and cable.
The second year we stayed in SunRise Villa (1 bedroom) for 6 months. Our landlords/hosts, Rox & Brian, are the best! They were always there for any of our needs; run out of coffee or sugar they have it! Very giving, loving, kind souls that would help you in any way they could. So if you want to live the dream, stay with Rox & Brian and enjoy the warm hospitality of these hosts, the beautiful beach (very short walk from the Gulf), and GREAT accommodations". ~Kathy & Dino, Fort Wayne, IN
May 2013 - " Great Unit in a Beautiful Location- What a cozy and friendly little part of Florida. If you're looking to just sit back, relax and enjoy life, Indian Rocks Beach can't be beat. Lots of great little restaurants and patios, and the beach just a few quick steps away. The suite itself is clean and modern, with all sorts of amenities you wouldn't normally expect from a rental unit. The owners are close by and very nice. Really hope I can make it back again! December 2012 - " Our Christmas get away to Indian Rocks and Indian Rocks Rentals was a great holiday...hopefully a tradition! The Sunrise Villa was beautifully appointed and had everything to make our stay relaxed and stress free. It was spacious and lovely decorated; the grounds well tended. Guests are offered bikes to tour the beautiful neighbourhood and a storage room full of chairs, toys...everything you could want or need for fun on the incredible beach. Rox and Brian are wonderful people who received us with open arms and a song! The firepit is a lovely spot to spend the evening with great benches to spread out. Making us less homesick for our pets were Bob, Cooper, Sasha and Billie – the most loving animals you’ll ever meet! April 2012 - "Wonderful! While seeking information, about this property, Brian and Rox were very easy to deal with, and answered emails quickly. We spent a marvelous 10 days at Sunset Villa. I was so delighted when we walked into the unit and it was as clean, beautiful, and comfortable as it looked in the pictures! I was surprised by how many supplies were provided for our use i.e., spices, beach towels, laundry detergent..what a great help it was to have a washer and dryer at our disposal! Our two boys loved pulling out the variety of beach toys and heading over to the beach. When planning our trip we had to decide between Sunset Villa and its close proximity to the beach, but without a pool, and another property with a pool, but a drive to the beach. April 2011 - "We came down for a beach wedding in Clearwater, and I am sooooooo glad that we stayed here in IRB!!! We loved this area, the beach here was so great for our kids. Just a quick walk from the house. Beautiful parks and playgrounds, didn't have to pay for parking everywhere we went, good resturants, close enough to grocery stores,..and also a very nice family Urgent care office :( This unit is just like in the pictures, bright and clean. It was great for our family and some wedding guests that stopped by too. Brian and Rox are wonderful hosts, the place had everything we needed. Would love to stay again!!" ~Ed & Jenny, Michigan
November 2009 - "My wife Diane and I stayed last November, 2009, (our first visit) in the 2br 2ba condo Sunset Villa. We liked everything about it. The warm welcome - Brian and Rox are just great, laid back, friendly, helpful. The comfortable accommodations - everything you need is there. A pleasant few-minutes walk to the beach. And it's just far enough off the main street that it is very quiet. We rode all around and across the bridge on the bikes that are furnished - for free!
