Looking for accommodations with a view of the Gulf? Then Tiki Villa (2b/2b) may be the perfect place for you. There is a three week minimum stay required at Tiki Villa.

Snowbird guests... please note that our high-season in Indian Rocks Beach is December through April each year. These months generally book-up at least six months in advance. If you are planning on visiting IRB during this time, you will want to reserve your dates as early as possible, in order to get the best rental rate available (this is generally the case for most beach rental homes in IRB, not just ours). |
across the street from the intercoastal waterway. One of our family homes is beachside and offers a view of the Gulf of Mexico and one of them is directly on the Intercoastal Waterway with a private dock in the back yard.
There are two fenced yards available on our property for your pooch to play in (Cozy Cottage and Grandma's only) and a community dog park just down the road. Kitty friends are welcome too.
