Family Owned Vacation Rentals in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida
With the exception of Grandma's Bungalow, our rentals are all family owned and cared for (Grandma's is owned by a neighbor but we maintain it for her).
We recently renovated and redecorated all of our vacation rental homes. You can choose from 1 - 3b/3b waterfront home, 3 different 2b/2b vacation homes (1 with Gulf views) and 2 different 1b/1b vacation homes... or you can rent them all and bring the whole family (sleep as many as 26).

(Please note: All homes are elevated and require the ability to climb stairs to gain access - except Grandma's Bungalow and Grandpa's Retreat which are both ground level ranch homes.)

Snowbird guests... please note that our high-season in Indian Rocks Beach is December through April each year. These months generally book-up at least six months in advance. If you are planning on visiting IRB during this time, you will want to reserve your dates as early as possible, in order to get the best rental rate available (this is generally the case for most beach rental homes in IRB, not just ours).

Best location in Indian Rocks Beach. No car needed!
Our Indian Rocks Beach vacation rentals are all light and bright with open, airy floor plans. Our homes are all very comfortable and inviting. Four of our homes are just a few houses from the 20th Ave. Gulf beach access and  across the street from the intercoastal waterway. One of our family homes is beachside and offers a view of the Gulf of Mexico and one of them is directly on the Intercoastal Waterway with a private dock in the back yard.
Shopping, dining, live entertainment, parks, tennis, fishing, churches, hair/nail/massage salons, public boat launch, and the Beach Trolley stop are all within walking or bike riding distance of all but one of our homes. For your convenience, we have 2 adult beach cruiser bicycles available for your use during your stay with us.

Three pet-friendly homes to choose from...
Cozy Cottage (1b/1b), Grandma's Bungalow (2b/2b), and Grandpa's Retreat (3b/3b), are pet-friendly homes. There are two fenced yards available on our property for your pooch to play in (Cozy Cottage and Grandma's only) and a community dog park just down the road. Kitty friends are welcome too.
Renting a car? Theme Parks are just a short drive away...
A 35 mile drive will take you to Tampa attractions (Busch Gardens, Florida Aquarium, etc.) and a 90 minute drive will take you to Orlando attractions (Disney, MGM, Universal, etc.).
